The Story

I was a PMP with years of experience. Then AI made me rethink everything.

For years, I led projects the way I was taught — structured, disciplined, by the book. I earned my PMP, mastered PMBOK, delivered on time and under budget. I thought I was at the top of my game.

Then AI started doing in seconds what used to take me hours. Not just faster — sometimes better. I had a choice: compete with it, or change how I think about it entirely.

I chose to change. I got certified in AI project management (CPMAI). I rebuilt my entire approach. And I realized something most people haven't figured out yet:

AI doesn't replace you. It replaces the version of you that refuses to adapt.

So I built what I needed — a team of AI agents that handle everything I used to do alone. Then I realized: if I needed this, others do too.

That's why I started AHAConsulting.AI. Not to sell you AI. To show you how to think about it differently.

I'm not selling you AI. I'm showing you how to think about it differently.

I spent years managing complex projects — budgets, timelines, stakeholders, risk. I got certified (PMP), I got good at it, and I thought that was the ceiling. Then AI moved the ceiling.

Instead of fighting it, I got curious. I earned my CPMAI certification, studied how AI actually works in organizations (not just the demos), and started building something different: an AI consulting practice grounded in project management discipline.

AHA is the result. Two products, a consulting practice, and a belief that the people who will thrive with AI are the ones who rethink how they work — not the ones who add another tool to their stack.
